A trip to Tamarindo is not complete without a day spent on the ocean, and there is no better way to enjoy the beauty and wonder of the Costa Rica sea than with Blue Dolphin Sailing.  Our tours have been enjoyed by thousnads of happy passengers over the past 22 years and we would love to add you to that list. This tour is ideally suited for social and work groups,  families and solo travelers.

Our itinerary:

• Check-in - 12:45 pm, next to El Chiringuito restaurant, look for our friendly staff wearing marine blue polo shirt.
• Coastline Cruise - Head north along the stunning Guanacaste coastline. Enjoy panoramic views of rock formations, islets and the Pacific horizon.  Keep an eye out for marine wildlife — dolphins, sea turtles, rays and even whales, which visit us twice a year to have their offspring.
• Water Activities Stop - We’ll anchor in a cove or near a hidden beach for your water activities.  We have a variety of activities at the stop, see the What's Included section, or you can just relax on the boat.
• Onboard Refreshments & Meal - Are included in the purchase price and are listed below in the What's Included section.  Be sure to try our world famous, homemade, banana bread.
• Return Cruise - Enjoy the scenary, mingle and even do some dancing as we head back to Tamarindo.  The west-facing coast often delivers a vivid tropical sunset. Wrap up the tour with an amazing sunset photograph and arrive back to the beach just after sunset.
