What time do your tours start?

All tours start in the morning. Our first tour goes out at 9:00 a.m. and a second tour goes out at 10:30 a.m. weekdays. Sundays we start at 10:00 a.m. and our second tour departs at 11:30 a.m.

Where does the tour start and end?

All tours start in front of the Plaza Hotel, 768 5th Avenue, and we end at the southern tip of Manhattan called South Ferry Plaza.

Will we see everything listed on the website?

Yes! Everything mentioned on the itinerary will be seen on our tour.

Is the tour suitable for all ages?

Yes! We've had kids as young as 3 and seniors in their 80s. Children under 6 sometimes get tired so it's advisable to have a stroller.

        How much walking is involved?

Is it suitable for an older person? We walk approximately 5 miles total but we always walk at a slow and relaxed pace and never rush. There will be opportunities to sit down here and there along the way. We've had people in their '80s and they have done fine!

Will there be time to stop for photos?

Absolutely! We never rush and there's always time for photos at each stop.

        Will there be bathroom breaks?

Yes, there will be bathroom breaks along the way.

        Is there a lunch break?

Yes, there will be a 40 to 45 minute lunch break.

Do you offer tours in other languages?

Our tours are in English, but we often have Spanish or French speakers and they usually do fine. Sometimes people use a translation app.

Are there any extra entrance fees?

The only extra cost is for the subway. It's $2.90 to get on the subway. Other than that, there are absolutely no other costs or entrance fees.

        Do you do private tours?

Absolutely! Just message us with the dates and your group size and we will tailor a tour based on your preferences. (Note- private tours are a bit more expensive)

What if I don't see the date + time that I want?

If a day is full we might be able to squeeze you in.

        What to bring

Always wear comfortable walking shoes since you will be walking 5-6 miles.
