      • Make sure you are on time on your appointment date.
      • Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age) 45 – 100 kg taller than 130 cm.
      • Modest comfortable clothing and closed shoes – no skirts, dresses, or flip flops.
      • Good medical condition. Pregnants are not allowed to participate in Xline
      • On entry, the customer must present a valid photo identification document such as original emirates ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit/credit card that was used for purchase.
      • The name on the identification document must match the individual rider who is participating in the XLine.
      • Timings: All Days Except Tuesday 09:30-5:30PM
      • You need to be at the Xline Meeting point 20 mins before your slot time
      • Our Guest relation Officers will get in touch with you via whatsapp or call in the hotel and send your E-ticket one day prior the tour. Kindly mention your contact details/whatsapp in your booking.
