      To ensure a premium and safe experience for everyone, please note that the following are not included in the standard rental price:

      • Refundable Security Deposit: A security deposit of €200(for e-bikes) or €100(for manual bikes) is required at the time of pickup. This can be provided via credit card pre-authorization or cash and is fully refunded upon the safe return of the equipment.
      • Optional Damage Waiver: For total peace of mind, an optional 'Rental Protection' can be purchased on-site for €10. This reduces your liability for accidental minor damages (scratches, punctures, etc.) during your ride.
      • Theft & Total Loss Liability: Renters are fully responsible for the replacement value of the bike if it is stolen or lost. The bike must be locked with the provided high-security lock at all times when unattended.
      • Delivery & Collection Service: Standard pickup is at our designated location. Door-to-door delivery to your hotel or the Tallinn Cruise Port is available as an extra for €15.
      • Personal Accident Insurance: We provide the best safety gear, but personal medical or accident insurance is not included. We recommend having your own travel insurance.
      • Late Return Fees: To respect the next booking, a fee of €15 per hour applies to bikes returned significantly after the agreed time.

        Important Information for Your Rental

        1. Identification & Security Deposit

        • ID Required: All renters must present a valid Passport or EU ID card.
        • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of €200 for e-bikes (or €100 for manual bikes) is required at pickup. This can be settled via credit card pre-authorization or cash and is released immediately upon the safe return of the bike.

        2. Rider Requirements & Fit

        • Minimum Age: The primary renter must be 18+ years old. Riders aged 16–17 may use e-bikes with a guardian's signature.
        • Bike Sizing: Our premium Cube e-bikes are Size M, which comfortably fits riders between 165 cm and 180 cm.
        • Experience: While e-bikes are easy to ride, you should be confident on two wheels. We provide a 5-minute technical briefing to show you how to master the Bosch Smart System.

        3. Safety & Traffic Laws (Tallinn 2026)

        • Helmets: Safety is our priority. Professional helmets are provided for free and are mandatory for everyone under 16.
        • Where to Ride: Tallinn has an excellent and growing bike path network. Please use bike lanes where available. On sidewalks, you must yield to pedestrians and pass at walking speed.
        • Zero Tolerance: Estonia enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for operating any vehicle (including e-bikes) under the influence of alcohol.

        4. Care & Parking

        • Security: Never leave the bike unattended without using the provided high-security lock. For overnight rentals, the bike must be stored inside a secure building (hotel room or locked luggage storage).
        • Liability: The renter is responsible for the bike's value in the event of theft or total damage caused by negligence.

        5. Logistics

        • Weather: We operate in all weather conditions! Tallinn’s seaside breeze can be cool, so we recommend a windproof jacket.
        • Cancellations: Enjoy peace of mind with our flexible 24-hour cancellation policy for a full refund.

          • Comfortable Footwear: While our Cube bikes have professional-grade flat pedals, we recommend closed-toe shoes (sneakers or light hiking shoes) for the best grip and safety. Avoid flip-flops or high heels.
          • Sunglasses: Essential for protecting your eyes from the wind and the bright sun reflecting off the Baltic Sea.
          • A Small Daypack: Great for carrying your personal items, water, and snacks. (Note: We can also provide a small frame bag for your power bank and phone).
          • Sunscreen: Don't let the cool air fool you—the spring sun in Estonia can be surprisingly strong during a 3-hour ride.
          • Photo Gear: You’ll be visiting some of the most Instagrammable spots in Northern Europe (Noblessner, Old Town, Kadriorg). Make sure your phone or camera is fully charged!
