1. Company Information

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yovu Travel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Services

Yovu is a traveltech platform that connects travelers with verified local tour operators (partners). We act as an intermediary: the contractual relationship for the experience itself is between you and the partner operator. Yovu Travel OÜ is not the organizer of the experiences listed unless explicitly stated.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
• You will receive a booking confirmation by email upon successful payment.
• Yovu Travel OÜ reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if a supplier becomes unavailable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and supplier. The applicable cancellation policy is shown on the experience detail page before you complete your booking. Generally:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the experience start time: full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund unless the supplier agrees otherwise.
• No-shows: not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when making a booking.
• Comply with the rules and requirements of the experience supplier.
• Arrive on time and bring any required documentation (e.g., ID, passport).
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yovu Travel platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yovu Travel OÜ or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yovu Travel OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any experience. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Sustainability Standards

Yovu is committed to quality, accountable sustainable travel. All listed experiences are evaluated against the Yovu sustainability framework, which covers community impact, environmental practice, cultural integrity, and operator transparency. Yovu does not sell carbon offset products or award recognition to operators for purchasing them. We distinguish between operators who use offsets to replace accountability and operators who document genuine operational constraints they cannot yet control — the latter is welcomed and supported. Sustainability information shown on path listings reflects documented operator commitments reviewed by the Yovu team. Operators are re-evaluated annually or upon a substantiated concern.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
